❤ Elegant Touch Nails ❤

Hey Lovelies,

Hope you're having a great day!!

I'm in the middle of editing my Nail Polish Collection video and thought in the meantime I would blog about my new favourite nail brand - Elegant Touch!!

These stood out to me because they were so pretty and unique!!

I believe they are new to the Australian market and are already popular in the UK and have been worn by Little Mix and Katy Perry.

Why I love Nail Wraps:
-  No smell
-  No drying time
-  No smudging
-  Gorgeous nail art without the effort

I used the Deckchair Pastel Wraps here as accents:

They're available at Priceline and I got the following:

Nail Art Kit in Luna
RRP $14.99

Glitter Nails in Tickled Pink
RRP $13.99

Envy Wraps in Deckchair Pastels
RRP $8.99

Envy Wraps in Deckchair Brights
RRP $8.99

Envy Wraps - Bling - Candy Sprinkles
$8.99

Envy Wraps - Bling - Dotty Monochrome
$8.99

Envy Wraps - Accents - Coral & Multi
$11.99

Envy Wraps - Accents - Black & Chevron
$11.99

As you can see these nail kits and wraps are so much fun!!

I'll show them more in my Nail Polish Collection :o)

Let me know if you've tried them before

NOTW: Ombre/Gradient Nail Trend

Hey Hey Chickies,

I was so excited to try this new Gradient/Ombre nail trend!! I love everything Ombre at the moment so it fits well :o)

I first saw this tutorial on the MissJenFabulous YouTube Channel and fell in love with the look so I finally thought I would give it a go....

It's surprisingly easy to do - yay!!

What I used:
White Nail Polish
3 x Nail Polishes
Makeup Sponges
Scissors
Nail Polish Remover
Q Tips

Essie - Mint Candy Apple
Essie - Movers and Shakers
Random Purple Nail Polish from Target

I started with a white base

I cut up a Makeup Sponge to my nail size
and painted the 3 nail polishes
strip by strip

And I rolled the sponge over each of my nails

I cleaned up the sides with the Nail Polish Remover
and Q Tips and finished off with a Clear Coat

And Waalaahh!!

Love this nail trend!!

I'm happy with this colour combo but I'm looking forward to experimenting
with different combos as well :o)

Have you guys tried this out?
Let me know ♥

Have a fab day!!

DIY: Cavier Manicure Nails

Hey Hey Spunky Ladies!!

Hope you're having a lovely day :o)

I posted on my Facebook page the other day that I wanted to try out the new Cavier Nail Trend. The Ciate Cavier Pearls (as pictured below) aren't available in stores in Australia yet so I thought I would pick up some Micro Beads from my local craft store in the meantime.

This is what you need to achieve the look:

1.  Your fav nail polish
(I was still deciding between the mint or pink.... haha)
2.  Micro beads - which you can get in different colours
3.  Clear nail polish

Apply two coats of your fav nail polish
And let them totally dry before going on to next step

Once they've totally dried, apply one coat of the clear nail polish

And then dip your finger in the Micro Beads

This is what it looks after,
I gently pushed down on the Micro Beads so that they stuck properly
and applied another clear coat over the top

I finished dipping the rest of my nails
and this is the finished look

So.... The verdict.... I don't mind the look but I think I would just stick to one accent Cavier nail on each hand as it can look over powering on all nails.

They seem to last well, although, you get the odd bead popping off here and there :o)

And you can just remove them with normal nail polish remover.

What do you guys think of the trend and have you tried it out?

Let me know if you have any questions and hope you're having a lovely day!!
